Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to MyRestaurantManager.com products, including the digital menu, ordering, analytics, and theme tools.
Account Expectations
You must be an authorised representative of the restaurant or venue. Keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect a compromise.
Each restaurant account can have multiple staff profiles, but only one primary owner controls billing. Unauthorized sharing of the admin password is prohibited.
Subscription & Billing
By activating a plan, you agree to Razorpay’s subscription terms. Automatic renewals continue unless cancelled before the next billing date. Failure to pay may suspend your menu and ordering capabilities.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, introduce new plans, or discontinue features with 30 days written notice. Existing customers will be offered a migration path.
Guest Experience
Guests must follow the venue’s dining policies. MyRestaurantManager.com is not liable for disputes between the restaurant and patrons regarding taste, allergies, or service.
We do not process refunds for guest orders; that responsibility lies with the restaurant operator except where mandated by law.
Modifications & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, we retain your data for up to one year for compliance before permanent deletion.
